Earlier this month, Kelly Osbourne suffered a seizure while filming an episode of her E! show 'Fashion Police', but she has now returned to work.

The singer and television personality was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles after falling out of her chair and convulsing on set, but was given the all-clear and has now returned to the show. Yesterday she tweeted:

"#SoHappy I just got the al clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!!!!!"

Co-host Joan Rivers shared a message via her official Twitter page last night that expressed how happy she is that Osbourne is well and accompanied it with a photograph (shown below):

"Welcome back Kelly!!! THRILLED to have my darling @MissKellyO back on set at @e_FashionPolice. XOXO"
