'Hot Right Now' hitmaker Rita Ora wants a boyfriend who can help her "reach [her] full potential".

The 22-year-old songstress is currently single after a high-profile split on Twitter from reality TV star Rob Kardashian.

Ora has revealed what she looks for in a prospective male, explaining: ''Someone who can make me grow as a person and help me reach my full potential.''

Ora also revealed her biggest fear.

According to Contact Music, the star explained: "Not doing something for a living that I'm passionate about. I love what I do and I don't think I could do anything else as well as I can do this.

She added: ''My earliest memory is playing Cinderella in a school play and thinking, 'Wow, I'm quite good at this.' I was seven and I loved performing. I felt like it was the only thing I was good at because I never really got great grades.''
