Dappy has claimed he was spiked after a video of the singer drunk at 11am emerged online.

The Sun posted today (April 19) a clip of the 'Bad Intentions' man apparently stumbling around a hotel corridor in the morning with a white substance on his nose.

In the video, Dappy appeared to confirm that he was "drunk" as the video-takers tried to converse with the rapper at the hotel near Bristol.

In a series of messages on Twitter, the N-Dubz man attempted to clear up the speculation, saying:

"Unfortunately last weekend 4 the first time in my life i was spiked. i can honestly say at one point of the morning I remember loosing control of my body. After what i experienced, i wouldnt even wish that upon my worst enemy."

He continued: "Dont believe what the sun print 2 day...That shh on my face is NOT what they're making it out to be. This was an EVIL PRANK that simply got taken 2 Farrrrrrr....THROUGHOUT LIFE PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOU MAD, DISRESPECT YOU AND TREAT YOU BAD. LET GOD DEAL WITH THE THINGS THEY DO, CUS HATE IN YOUR HEART WILL CONSUME YOU........."
