Perrie Edwards insists she's not really that "romantic" when it comes to her relationship with One Direction hunk Zayn Malik.

The chart-topping couple have been dating for just over a year, and are considered one of pop's cutest pairings.

Despite looking loved-up whenever they are spotted together, Edwards admits she isn't that starry-eyed when it comes to romantic gestures.  

When asked in a recent interview with British newspaper Metro what the most romantic thing she’s ever done for Malik is, she replied: "I’d say loads of sweet things but I’m not really romantic."

Despite playing down her girlfriend credentials, Little Mix bandmate Jesy Nelson disagreed, and said that the gorgeous star is very thoughtful.

She added: "She made loads of pictures of them, from like when they first got together, that is romantic."
