Daft Punk make it two weeks at No.1

Daft Punk have held on to the top spot of the singles chart with ‘Get Lucky’ for a second week.

The French electro duo scored their first ever UK No.1 single last week with their track ‘Get Lucky’, featuring Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams, and have retained the top spot for another week.

Although Rudimental took the No.1 slot in the album chart they are at No.2 in the singles chart with 'Waiting All Night'.

In the top ten Disclosure featuring Eliza Doolittle debuted at No.10 with ‘You & Me’, David Guetta featuring Ne-Yo and Akon with ‘Play Hard’ leapt 15 places to No.6, Passenger climbed seven places to reach No.4 and Macklemore featuring Ryan Lewis with ‘Can’t Hold Us’ rising another two places to No.3.

Other climbers this week include the Goo Goo Dolls 1998 single ‘Iris’ shooting up 27 places to No.12, AlunaGeorge’s ‘Attracting Flies’ climbing two places to No. 17, Chris Brown up three spots to No. 27 with ‘Fine China’ and Carly Rae Jepsen’s  ‘Tonight I’m Getting Over You’ up two spots to No. 33.
