An image of Justin Bieber in The Simpsons has been released.

The Canadian star is due to feature in the popular animated series on Sunday (May 12) as he becomes the latest famous face to get a cameo.

The episode will be called 'The Fabulous Faker Boy' and it will focus on the singer attempting to get into a talent show.

An image from the episode has been released by Entertainment Weekly and it sees the singer looking somewhat glum.

Producer Al Jean previously said of the episode: "He tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in and they won't admit him. Draw your own conclusions." Watch Justin Bieber perform live below:
