Zayn Malik supports Little Mix's US dream

One Direction hunk Zayn Malik took to Twitter today to push girlfriend Perrie Edwards' album Stateside.

The singer is part of former X Factor champions Little Mix - also comprising Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall.

The four-piece are currently in America promoting their debut album 'DNA' which was released in the country at the beginning of this week.

Malik - who has already achieved phenomenal success in the US with One Direction - showed his support for his girlfriend and her bandmates on his Twitter page earlier today.

He wrote: "Hey everyone little mix's album is now out in America. Go get your copy its sick :) (sic)" with a link to order a copy of the record.

Little Mix's 'DNA' immediately entered the iTunes chart at number two when it was released in America.

Simon Cowell congratulated the stars on their success in the country, tweeting: "So proud of @LittleMixOffic! The first group to win @TheXFactor UK have released their debut album #DNA in the US."
