Daft Punk spend second week at the top of the album chart

Daft Punk’s 'Random Access Memories' has stayed at the number one spot in the album chart for a second week.

The French duo’s latest album has already become the fastest selling record of the year in the UK.

Rod Stewart’s former chart topping album 'Time' has remained at No. 2 for a second week. The rest of the top five is made up by a new entry from Laura Marling’s 'Once I Was An Eagle' at No. 3, 'All The Little Lights' by Passenger at No. 4 and 'Home' by Rudimental at No. 5.

The rest of the top ten features a new entry from Stooshe with 'London With The Lights On' at No. 8, Bruno Mars is up to No. 7 with 'Unorthodox Jukebox' and Emeli Sande’s 'Our Version Of Events' returns to the top ten once again at No. 10.
