Shania Twain awarded for best use of scents

Country music star Shania Twain has been honoured for her creative use of fragrance in the marketing of her Las Vegas show ‘Shania: Still the One’.

The show made unique use of the audience senses by infusing the air in The Colosseum at Caesars palace with the ‘Up’ singer’s trademark fragrances ‘Still the One Day’ and ‘Still the One Night’ as well as a campfire scent and another leather-like smell meant to invoke images of a saloon.

Upon receiving her SMitty award from the Scent Marketing Institute Shania said, “Creating my new show, ‘Shania: Still the One’, was artistically fulfilling, and receiving this award is yet another level of reward I hadn’t even imagined.  I’m proud of this unexpected achievement.”
