Brian May, Slash and David Attenborough team up for anti-Badger cull song

Brian May, Slash and David Attenborough have appeared on a new song to raise awareness of a proposed badger cull.

The Queen guitarist has long been a supporter of animal rights and he has been particularly vocal in his campaign against the UK government's idea to cull badgers to reduce the risk of cattle tuberculosis.

A group of musicians have teamed up with entertainment company Artful Badger to release the track 'Badger Swagger' in an effort to rally against the government proposal.

Massive Attack's Shara Nelson also appears on the song alongside Guns N Roses guitarist Slash and veteran nature broadcaster Sir David Attenborough.

Tweeting about the track, Slash said: "Just heard a mix of "Badger Swagger." Sounds great. Such an honor to be on a record w/ @DrBrianMay & Sir Richard Attenborough. iiii]; )."
