Chart-topping songstress Rita Ora's schedule is so busy she has never even seen her house.

The platinum-haired singer has enjoyed huge success with her debut album 'Ora' which spawned three No. 1 singles including catchy hit 'Hot Right Now', 'How We Do (Party)' and 'R.I.P.'

Ora has been on the road promoting her material internationally, but has since bought her own home. However, the star says she was so busy with work commitments she had to rely on her parents to organise the property deal.

Speaking to British magazine Glamour the 22-year-old admitted: "I bought my first house the other week and I haven't even seen it. I just trusted my mum and dad's opinion."

Ora is currently working on the follow up album to her storming debut and recently explained that it will have a fresher sound: "The new album is definitely pop, I love my pop music. But it's kind of got that soul that I loved growing up, so you're going to hear a lot more soul in there."
