Mark Owen predicts Take That will headline Glastonbury one day

Singer Mark Owen, who is currently working on his own solo project, has revealed that he expects Take That will be given a headlining slot at Glastonbury festival in the future.

The star told Britain's The Independent newspaper that he respects the well-loved summer event's prestige and thinks his group would do really well on the Pyramid stage as they have enjoyed such a long and successful career:

"(I have) enjoyed the festivities (at Glastonbury) many times... There's no question we could do it and play the songs. I wouldn't want to upset the Glastonbury fans because I am one. One day I expect we'd probably end up being on there."

Meanwhile, Owen will perform live on BBC One's 'The One Show' later this evening (June 10) and tweeted a message to let his fans know to tune in: "Top shot of rehearsal at @BBC The One Show..... We're on live tonight at 7.25pm MO x."

His new album, 'The Art Of Doing Nothing', is out now and you can see the official artwork below.
