Queen's Brian May confirms plans to work with Adam Lambert again: 'There's talk of an event'

Rock legend Brian May has revealed that since working with vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert last year, the pair have become friends and are currently talking about a new joint project.

Speaking to MTV, May explained that he and Lambert are keen to reunite for another collaboration although it's unlikely to be a tour, despite the fact that the 'Whataya Want From Me' hitmaker stepped into the late Freddie Mercury's shoes and sang for Queen in 2012:

"We are talking about doing something with Adam, probably for TV. He's an amazing artist and a very nice guy. We keep in touch and have a good friendship. We're not talking about touring yet, but we are talking about doing an event."

While Lambert is yet to address the news, he appears to have acknowledged it as earlier this evening (June 17) he tweeted a link to an article about May's remarks and plans.
