Union J announce intimate shows

Former X Factor finalists Union J have revealed they will be playing two intimate gigs later this year.

The four piece - comprising Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley and George Shelley - revealed they will play the shows in December before embarking on their UK headline tour.

The 'Carry You' hitmakers will appear at Margate's Winter Gardens on December 10 and Watford's Colosseum on December 11 to perform the "up-close and personal" concerts.

Their 'Magazines and TV Screens' tour kicks off in Oxford on December 14.

Curly-haired singer Shelley recently told Digital Spy that they are rehearsing their moves for the string of dates.

He said: "We're picking the second single at the moment and both of the ones we're choosing between have an instrumental breakdown, so I think that would be a good place to do a little dance."

Bandmember Cuthbert took to Twitter earlier this week to gush about the group's loyal fanbase.

He said: "I know this is really soppy but I want u all to know how much I love u nd how thankful I am for all ur support so far. Means the world, josh."

He added: "But seriously we came 4th in Xfactor, released a single, got our own tour and this is all because of YOU guys :) couldn't be happier! Josh x (sic)."
