Disclosure on comparisons to David Guetta: 'We like a bit of class in our music'

British electro duo Disclosure have spoken out about having their music compared to that of French and Swedish DJs David Guetta and Avicii.

When asked about their thoughts on acts such as Guetta and Avicii, Disclosure told Rolling Stone that they are not “part of that scene at all”.

They also went on to add: “We like a bit of class in our music.”

Disclosure, made up of brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, also discussed their No. 1 debut album ‘Settle’ which topped the UK chart earlier this month.

Guy said: “We didn't want our album to just be an hour of relentless house. The idea was to combine that with club stuff and connect with a wider audience.”

Disclosure are set to embark on a UK tour in November.
