Stooshe reckon Beyoncé and Rihanna's career-driven ethos is an inspiration.

The female trio released their debut album 'London with the Lights On' earlier this year and it seems big things are mooted for them.

Speaking to Digital Spy, singer Courtney Rumbold said that they look to acts like Beyoncé as role models when looking ahead in their career. She said:

"Artists like that, their work ethic is amazing. They're so driven. That's who you want to aim to be like. That's who we aspire to be."

Rumbold added that the Stooshe girls would be interested in becoming reality TV show judges if they were asked. When questioned if the group would ever appear on the X Factor, the singer replied:

"As a judge? You never know. I watch [talent shows] all the time, they're entertaining. Maybe if we get asked in the future. They might have to have all three of us, because I think we'd all do well as judges. Do you know I've always said to the girls I think Alex would be good on Strictly Come Dancing, Karis would be good on I'm a Celebrity and I want to go on Dancing on Ice. We'll see what happens."
