Jedward tease 'more meaningful' new material

Irish pop duo Jedward have revealed that they just finished working on a song that will surprise fans because of its 'deeper meaning'.

The twins took to their joint Twitter page earlier this afternoon (July 29) and told their 755,000 followers that the new music they've been creating has more weight to it than their previous releases:

"Just Wrote A Really Heart Felt Acoustic Song Can't Wait 4 The World 2 Hear It. It's A Finger Picking Acoustic Song With Strong Lyrics And A Bigger Meaning Behind It!"

It was revealed recently that the guys are no longer going by their usual moniker of Jedward and will now just be known by their respective first names, John and Edward.

While they are yet to address this directly via their social media outlets, the singers have retweeted an article about the name change, which hints that there is some truth behind the story.
