Singer James Arthur, who won the latest season of 'The X Factor', has teased his fans by releasing a short video update that shows himself hard at work in the recording studio.

Although the clip is only around 20 seconds in length, viewers can see the rising star in a booth laying down vocals on a mid-tempo track.

Arthur shared a link to the video via his official Twitter page and accompanied it with the caption: "Back in the studio this week. Thought you all might like to share a little look at me in full flow..."

On July 28, he posted a message on the social networking site that read: "Blown away! So much love being shown around the world with Impossible on radio and in the charts. Thank you all truly #JAHASTHEBESTFANS."
