Leona Lewis has shared a photo of herself dressed like David Bowie.

The British singer uploaded the image yesterday (August 20) on Instagram as she paid homage to Bowie's famed face paint look.

The former X Factor contestant is seen wearing a blue suit and holding a glass. She said:

"If I were a boy... I'd be Bowie."

Lewis meanwhile recently issued a guide to fashion that doesn't use any animal products or by-products.

The singer is keen on animal rights and welfare and she has regularly spoken out against horse racing in the past.
