Songwriter Sean Garrett has confirmed that Britney Spears will make a cameo on the new Miley Cyrus album.

The 'We Can't Stop' star is releasing her new record 'Bangerz' on October 8 and it seems she has tapped up some big names to collaborate with.

Speaking to Vibe, Garrett revealed that pop princess Spears will rear her head on the album, saying:

"It's fun, exciting [music]. We got one with that Britney."

He added: "Shoutout to my man Mike Will [Made It] but Mike Will, Miley and me just got in the studio and wanted to make it the biggest record possible. It's just a pleasure to be working with some icons like that."

Spears meanwhile has been busy for months making her own new album, with new tunes expected to land soon.
