Singer Conor Maynard has admitted that while he loves being a recording and performing artist, his heart is currently leaning towards another creative outlet.

The 'Can't Say No' hitmaker confessed to Britain's Daily Star newspaper that before he began releasing music his passion was always acting:

"I love acting. That was my passion before music. "I've already been looking at scripts for things, mostly in America."

Earlier this month, Maynard confirmed that his new single, which was co-written by Labrinth, will be called 'R U Crazy' and is due to be released very soon on October 6. He has now debuted the music video for the track.

The young star, meanwhile, has been using his Twitter account to update his fans on his daily activities and earlier this afternoon (September 3) he gave a particularly personal insight, writing: "Wow... mint shower gel does NOT agree with certain parts of my body."
