Robin Thicke's wife on Miley Cyrus MTV VMAs collaboration: 'I don't know what the big deal is'

'Blurred Lines' hitmaker Robin Thicke and pop superstar Miley Cyrus's performance at the 2013 MTV VMAs raised eyebrows and now Thicke's wife, Paula Patton, has given her opinion on their raunchy antics.

Speaking about their on-stage collaboration, which became one of the ceremony's most talked about moments, on 'Watch What Happens Live', she explained:

"Honestly, they rehearsed for three days beforehand, and I don't know how not to dance with someone having their booty in your... all my friends do it like that."

She then said: "And, I don't really know what the big deal is."

She also joked that after hearing Cyrus's hit single 'We Can't Stop', she didn't expect the performance to be demure in any way, adding: "I didn't know if they thought Miley was going to sit down and play piano like Alicia Keys. Her song's about taking Molly. I don't understand. I didn't get the big deal."
