Marcus Collins: “Tulisa will bounce back”

‘X Factor’ runner-up Marcus Collins believes that former judge Tulisa Contostavlos will bounce back on her feet and into the studio following her recent legal troubles.

The ‘Young’ singer was arrested in June on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs, but Collins thinks that the public has been “too quick to judge” her in the wake of the scandal.

Speaking with Digital Spy, Collins said of Contostavlos: "We just hit it off. We're both from the same kind of backgrounds. We're both from council estates, we're not going to put airs and graces on and pretend to be something we're not.

"Her career is something I aspire to. I think she's done incredible. She's really accomplished and people are too quick to judge other people for their mistakes. People forget she's 24 years of age. She's a young girl.

"I believe she will bounce back,” he added. “She'll get in the studio and when she does, she'll come back fighting. I look forward to it. I'll be there by her side."
