Lea Michele treats fans with sneak peek at debut album cover art

'Glee' sensation Lea Michele has shared a glimpse of the cover art for her upcoming debut album.

Writing on her official Twitter page last night (October 13), the beauty explained that she was getting ready to do the photoshoot (pictured below) for the offering:

"So excited because today I'm shooting the cover for my album! Working with the amazing photographer Peggy Sirota! Glam time now with the #DreamTeam."

Michele then returned to the social networking site and confessed that she can't wait for her followers to hear the songs she's recording for the album: "I'm so excited for u guys to hear my album. It's so special to me. Im so grateful for u all. Thank u for giving me so much love & support."

Last November, the superstar explained that she wants to move away from her 'Glee' persona with her debut album: "It's funny because I get asked a lot if I'm doing covers. If you think that there are actually covers that we haven't done on 'Glee' that I could then put on an album... We've done everything! Pretty soon we're just going to have to start doing opera and stuff on the show. No, it's all original pop music [on my album] and I'm really, really excited about it."
