Backstreet Boys and All Saints team up for 2014 UK tour

Backstreet Boys have announced a number of 2014 UK tour dates.

The US boyband will come to Britain for five shows in April and May as they promote their 2013 album 'In A World Like This'.

Support will come from dormant UK girl group All Saints, who are reforming for the tour.

The first date will take place in Birmingham on March 26, with other shows in Dublin, Glasgow and London following.

The jaunt will conclude with a gig in Manchester on April. Tickets for the dates will go on sale from Friday (November 22).

In a statement, the Backstreet Boys said: “Last time we were in the UK we were living in a house together recording our album, which was incredible. Our last UK shows were with NKOTB and we had a fantastic time - the reaction was out of this world. We can’t wait to come back and blow you away with our own full headline show. We’re really excited for our UK fans to see us again as a five-piece. The original Backstreet’s back!”

All Saints said: "We are really looking forward to performing together as Special guests of the Backstreet boys. The Backstreet boys are a great band, so it's an honour. We're singing a lot of big songs like Never Ever and Pure Shores which will be amazing. We can't wait!!"

The full schedule is as follows:

  • March 26 Birmingham Lg Arena
  • April 1 Dublin The O2
  • April 3 Glasgow Hydro
  • April 4 London The O2
  • April 5 Manchester Phones 4U Arena
