Lady Gaga to 'sell clothes' for the Born This Way Foundation

'Do What U Want' hitmaker Lady Gaga has revealed plans to sell some of her personal clothing in order to raise money for her Born This Way Foundation charity

Writing on her official Twitter page earlier today (November 28), the superstar explained that she is interested in putting some items up for grabs and wondered if her fans would be tempted to purchase them:

"I'm going to sell a bunch of my personal clothes for the BTW foundation What do you think? Rock T-shirts $200? With a special tag from me?"

The Born This Way Foundation is "dedicated to creating a safe community where individuality is celebrated by connecting youth with the skills, resources and opportunities they need to build a braver, kinder world. BTWF, a non-profit charitable organization, will address issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development through research, education and advocacy."

The modern pop icon then returned to the social networking site and told her followers that she just discovered that Liza Minnelli is a fan of hers, which is overwhelming as she loves her: "LIZA MINNELLI loves ARTPOP. My life is finally complete! I thought of you the whole way through SNL liza I love you!"

Meanwhile, Gaga's Muppets Thanksgiving Special is due to air in the USA later today and she also shared a new promotional clip for it, which can be seen below.
