Adam Lambert to perform at Family Equality Council awards dinnerAdam Lambert has been announced to perform at the Family Equality Council's 2014 awards dinner. The organistion is hosting their tenth annual event at Los Angeles' Globe Theater on February 8 as they aim to connect the "growing Los Angeles community of families headed by LGBT parents and supporters, as well as, advancing efforts to create equality for all families". The vocal powerhouse will play live on the night, with Amber Riley and Darren Criss also confirmed to perform. Other famous faces due to attend the event include Friends actress Lisa Kudrow and Alec Mapa. Lambert meanwhile recently revealed that he wants to support as many LGBT groups as possible due to the wide-ranging number of ways people can be helped. He said: "I like to be involved in as many different LGBT activism groups as possible because I think there's different stages and different ways to reach out."
