Liam Payne: 'I used to hope for lottery win to afford to get rid of bedroom bunny rabbit curtains'

One Direction heartthrob Liam Payne goes back home in a new trailer for the lads' 'This Is Us' DVD, which is released today (December 17), and opens up about being in his childhood bedroom now that he's a global superstar.

The 'Story Of My Life' hitmaker tells the camera that as a teenager he used to wish for a lottery win so that he could have the money to redecorate the space as he woke up to cute bunny rabbit curtains every day, which weren't suitable for a 16-year-old boy:

"It's so weird coming in here now. These are the curtains I used to wake up to every single morning. I was like 16 years old and I had bunny rabbit curtains. I used to actually think more about things like winning the lottery. And you just think, 'What would you do like with that sort of money?'"

"All I used to probably think about was 'I'd probably paint my bedroom and lose the bunny rabbit curtains'."
