Nadine Coyle has revealed the gender of her forthcoming baby.

The singer announced in August that she is pregnant with her first child alongside American footballer boyfriend Jason Bell.

She has now revealed on Instagram and Twitter that she will be having a girl.

Coyle posted a photo of balloons proclaiming 'It's a girl' before saying:

"Thank you for all your lovely messages. She is not born yet. That is a baby shower balloon. We can't wait until she is. Loads of love! Xx."

The singer meanwhile was part of Girls Aloud's tenth anniversary reunion before it ended in 2013.
