Madonna performed live over the weekend at the 'Hope For Haiti Now' telethon, which has raised more than $57 million (£35.6 million) for the earthquake relief effort.

Hollywood's elite, including Jack Nicholson, Ben Affleck and Mel Gibson, manned telephones during Friday night's (January 22) event, while Alicia Keys, Beyonce, Bono and Christina Aguilera were amongst the stars who joined Madonna to perform live from one of three venues - Los Angeles, New York and London.
