Mariah Carey has revealed plans to tour the world.

The singer will bring her Elusive Chanteuse Show to the globe from October.

Only dates in Asia have been announced so far, with more shows in regions such as North America expected to follow soon.

The run will come in support of Carey's 2014 record 'Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteuse'.

Carey's Asia dates are as follows:

• October 4 - Tokyo, Japan, Makuhari Messe Arena
• October 6 - Yokohama, Japan, Yokohama Arena
• October 10 - Beijing, China, Workers' Stadium
• October 12 - Chengdu, Sichan, China, Chengdu Stadium
• October 15 - Chongqing, China, Olympic Centre
• October 19 - Shanghai, China, Hongkou Stadium
• October 22 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Stadium Merdeka
• October 24 - Singapore, Singapore Indoor Stadium
• October 28 - Manila, Philippines, Mall of Asia Arena
