Mark Ronson will not appear on Lana Del Rey's new album

DJ and producer Mark Ronson has revealed that despite reports suggesting otherwise, he isn't featured on Lana Del Rey's forthcoming new album, 'Honeymoon'.

Speaking to Digital Spy backstage at V Festival, the star explained that while he likes the material he's heard from Del Rey, he won't be appearing on this new record although they did spend time in the studio together:

"I hate to crap all over your excitement, but we just worked a couple [of] days together and I think she's amazing, but we didn't actually end up doing anything for her album. I said it and I shouldn't have opened my big mouth, but I love that track 'Honeymoon' and the stuff I've heard from the record is great."

'Honeymoon', meanwhile, is due to be officially released on September 18 and Del Rey recently treated her fans to a look at the record's artwork. The tracklisting also includes a cover of Nina Simone's 'Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood'.
