Mark Ronson believes Lily Allen is writing the best music of her career.

The singer's last album 'Sheezus' was released in 2014.

However, producer Ronson told The Sun that he has been helping her make new music.

He said: "We've been writing together again on the new record. I feel like they are some of the best songs she’s written.

"Her voice sounds incredible. The stuff I’m working on is some of her most honest and heartbreaking music ever," he shared. "She writes so honestly you can feel it."

Ronson previously worked with Allen on his 2007 cover of Kaiser Chiefs' 'Oh My God'.
