Marshmello x Juicy J's new single 'You Can Cry' ft. James Arthur is set to be released this Friday on May 4.

The EDM DJ and producer confirmed the release date for his collaboration with the rapper and Arthur on social media, captioning a clip of the track on Twitter: "This Friday! Marshmello x @therealjuicyj ft @JamesArthur23 #youcancry (sic)"

It's James Arthur's first new music since last year's 'Naked'. In the chorus, he sings: "Oh you can cry on my shoulder / Everything's alright / All the pain that's followed me over/ You can close your eyes."

Whilst Juicy J raps on a verse: "Listen to me, close your eyes baby, picture this: Sunset, on the ocean that's Pacific / New whip, new tips, now your wrist lit..." 

Arthur, who won The X Factor in 2012, recently tweeted about being "excited" about laying down vocals on a track. He wrote: "Recording vocals on an exciting tune today."
