TAL WILKENFELD SET TO PLAY EUROPEAN DATESOFFICIAL PRESS RELEASENEWS PROVIDED BY Mercenary Publicity Tal Wilkenfeld, the Australian-born, LA-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has recorded and toured with several legends including Jeff Beck, Prince, The Allman Bros, Mick Jagger, and Herbie Hancock is set to play a handful of European dates which includes two sets at London’s Ronnie Scotts on November 16th – 6.30 (SOLD OUT) and 10.20 pm - plus shows in Brighton and Hamburg and a solo show on 29th October at Berlin’s PrivatClub. These shows continue her ‘Love Remains’ tour which has seen her opening for The Who and headline her own North American dates. Joined by her three-piece band: England’s own Jeremy Stacey on drums & Owen Barry on guitar, as well as Chris Price on keyboards. Releasing her debut vocal album ‘Love Remains’ earlier this year via BMG, which debuted at No 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, Tal has played a whole bunch of live sessions this year including Paste, iHeart Radio, and Build Series NYC. She also appeared on popular comedians podcast’s from WTF with Marc Maron to Bill Burr’s Monday Morning Podcast, and more recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live. ‘Love Remains’ was produced by Paul Stacey, and features musicians Blake Mills, Jeremy Stacey, Benmont Tench (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers) and Zac Rae (Death Cab For Cutie), along with a songwriting collaboration with Becca Stevens. The album revealed a new side of Tal prompting Prog Magazine to comment that it “…showcases her distinctive voice and flair for dynamic song-writing.
