Motion City Soundtrack release new track

MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK RELEASE NEW TRACK, “TIMELINES” – PLUS PLAY MORE UK SHOWS THIS WEEKEND

Motion City Soundtrack have released a second track from their forthcoming 5th album “Go”.   The infectious pop tune “Timelines” it’s available through The Boombox Generation/Epitaph Records and you can hear it via a  Sound Cloud stream here: http://bit.ly/KNPiXC.

Frontman Justin Pierre says “This one went through no less than eight different lyrical and melody choices before I got it right. The chorus was a variation on something the old man used to say. I tried to get universal in theme while remaining specific to things that have happened to me. It's tough to sum up your life in two verses. WARNING: CONTAINS COPIUS AMOUNTS OF PERSONAL SH*T!”  Watch the band discuss “Timelines” here: http://youtu.be/7poXy2vdYzk

Following two sold out shows at London’s XOYO earlier this month and a storming set at the Bamboozle music festival in New Jersey, Motion City Soundtrack are back on UK soil this weekend for Slam Dunk Festival dates.
