Miley Cyrus put her Grammy Awards disappointment behind her by playing computer games instead of attending the event.

The singer wasn't nominated for any gongs at the glitzy ceremony, nor was she asked to perform live.

Despite the huge levels of attention placed on her this year, the awards ceremony honoured the likes of Lorde and Daft Punk instead.

However, she shrugged off the blow by indulging in some Guitar Hero, mocking her Grammy snub by uploading an image of herself next to its controller with the caption:

"Photo from my performance this evening."

Cyrus, however, did perform at Clive Davis's annual pre-Grammy bash on Saturday night (January 25).

Rihanna was another big name act meanwhile who attended the gala event but dodged the main shindig on Sunday (January 26).
