Miley Cyrus announced last night that she will be presenting at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute show later in the month.

The show will be hosted by Anderson Cooper and a number of stars will come together to honour "everyday people changing the world".

19-year-old Cyrus tweeted last night that she will be taking part in this event, which will be celebrating its fifth year:

"I’ll be presenting @CNNHeroes: An All-Star Tribute airing LIVE - Dec 11 at 8pm ET on @CNN. Vote at CNNHeroes.com"

Will.i.am and Christy Turlington are two other presenters that have also been confirmed.
