Disney sensation Miley Cyrus has suffered a cracked bone in her back after attempting to do a front flip recently. 

The self-proclaimed accident prone singer and actress took to her official social networking page last night, January 30, and told her followers that she damaged her "tail bone" while practising her gymnastic abilities:

"Cracked my tail bone doing a front flip... on to the couch. thats like when i tripped over a pillow and broke my arm. #onlyme."

She is currently enjoying some well-deserved down time and tweeted to her fans that she is spending her days by the pool: "Much needed chillllll pool day with my boooo. Thank you California for this lovely sunshine! Can't believe I'm laying out in January!"
