Miley Cyrus has posted online a photo of herself frolicking in bed with One Direction star Harry Styles.

However, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer is only a massive cardboard cut-out.

The singer took to Twitter yesterday (January 8) to post the amusing snap, which sees Cyrus up close and personal with the replica Styles.

However, the star - who is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth - was at pains to remind fans that it was all just a joke.

She tweeted after posting the image: "In no way do I want Harry. No offense. I'm sure that'll be a story now 2. I'm happily engaged. Just got saucy with a cardboard cut out."

Cyrus meanwhile previously revealed that Zayn Malik is her favourite member of One Direction.
