Miley Cyrus says 'We Can't Stop' is less explicit than most online video

Miley Cyrus has defended her latest music video and its apparent raunchy nature.

The singer recently unleashed the promo clip for her single 'We Can't Stop' and it sees Cyrus indulge in provocative gestures and movements.

Speaking to The Sun, the 'Party in the USA' star said that her video is quite tame compared to what most teens are usually watching online, saying:

"Kids know everything under the sun. If they have an iPhone, they’re watching porn. Watching me grinding a little in my white leggings, it’s nothing compared to what your 12-year-old son is watching under the sheets. Siri will even tell you how to dispose of a dead body."

Speaking meanwhile about the side-effects of cutting her hair short, Cyrus added:

"It caused so much drama. My hair has got me called every name in the book. Well obviously I’m a lesbian, now I have short hair. Not that I’m offended by being called a lesbian. That’s one of the better things you could call me."
