Muse's 'Drones' spends second week at No.1 in the UK

Rock trio Muse are enjoying a second week at No.1 in the UK with their seventh album, 'Drones'.

Florence + The Machine’s 'How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful' remains at No.2, Paul Simon's 'Ultimate Collection' has jumped an impressive nine places to No.3, and James Taylor's 'Before This World' is at 4.

At No.5 this afternoon is Ed Sheeran's 'x', which is currently celebrating a year in the Official Albums Top 10 and only four of those weeks were spent outside the Top 5. Adam Lambert's 'The Original High' has dropped from its midweek position of No.4 to finish at No.8 this evening (June 21), which gives him his first UK Top 10 Album.

Royal Blood’s self-titled debut, 'Royal Blood', has re-entered the Top 40 today, climbing 14 places to No.27, Foo Fighters’ 'Greatest Hits' has also made a comeback, advancing 15 spots to No.28, and Rixton make their Official Albums Chart debut with 'Let The Road' at No.19.
