After much anticipation, 51st Festival has revealed the first taster of its incredible lineup and new site, NW4’s Copthall Playing Fields.

Famed for delivering the best in house music and all its many strands of influence, this year’s lineup does not disappoint. For house heads, legends of the genre like Dennis Ferrer, who is joined by some soon to be announced friends, Kenny Dope, one half of trailblazing duo Masters at Work, and Roger Sanchez ensure 51st Festival stays close to its roots.

For fans of soulful sounds, three of dance music’s most iconic vocalists, India (Live), Barbara Tucker (Live) and Julie McKnight (Live), will delight festival goers with euphoric sets packed with cherished hits. With the UKG revival gathering pace, the festival offers the opportunity to witness some of the cornerstones of the genre up close. Dancers will be able to worship at the altar of Todd ‘The God’ Edwards, as well as founding fathers DJ Spoony, Wookie, Matt Jam Lamont and Zed Bias.

There’s also a wide-ranging selection of live sets for festival goers to sample. Soca and dancehall icon Charly Black (Live) will dip into his deep back catalogue of hits while Nadia Rose (Live) will pick up the pace with her unstoppable delivery and razor sharp bars.

While paying homage to those that have come before is a huge part of 51st’s ethos, it’s also important to salute those breaking through. Leading the tech house charge is Max Chapman and GW Harrison while no one pens bouncier house tunes than Paul Woolford, who will cause chaos on dancefloors all summer. Sure to be a highlight of the day, TxC will have crowds moving to their unique strain of amapiano, one of the world’s hottest new genres. A brand new Drum & Bass stage is hosted by pioneering label Metalheadz and includes heavyweights Randall and Dillinja with some special guests to be announced.

Adding to the excitement, 51st Festival will also open the gates to its new home at Copthall Playing Fields. 20 minutes more central than previous site Trent Park, the new location is easily accessible by tube (Mill Hill East on the Northern Line), train (Mill Hill Broadway, 17 minutes from King’s Cross St Pancras), bus (Copthall Sports Centre) and by car with plenty of parking available. With plenty of surprises to come, 51st’s new site will elevate the festival to new heights and provide its best party yet across seven stages.

General tickets are £35 and VIP tickets are £50
