Natasha Bedingfield soothes stress with marriage

Natasha Bedingfield has revealed that the best remedy for stress, in her opinion, is being married.

Speaking exclusively to PopEater, the 'Pocketful Of Sunshine' singer explained how her husband and their bond as a couple just melts problems away:

"I do feel like being married helps me be less stressed. It reminds me what's important in life. That there are other things that are important besides my music,"

"It's good. Matt helps me have a lot more fun, and it's good. There are moments where I get stressed out, and he can just be like, 'You're stressing out, it's okay'. It's great."

"That's probably the best thing about being married."

Bedingfield is currently rehearsing for an exclusive performance at the White House, where she also met the President during the Nobel Peace awards, and tweeted about it yesterday, February 24:

"Been rehearsin all day @ white house. Im singin a Smokey Robinson song with Smokey in audience, also wonderful Stevie Wonder + Barry Gordy."
