Ne-Yo teases new Rihanna collaboration

Ne-Yo has revealed that he has recorded some music for Rihanna.

The US star has previously worked with the Bajan beauty on tracks like 2007's 'Hate That I Love You'.

Speaking to Capital FM this week, Ne-Yo said that he recently hit the studio to work on material for Rihanna.

However, he doesn't know whether the tunes will be used by the singer or not.

The hitmaker said: "I actually have seen Rihanna recently. The conversation wasn't really music, it was just reuniting and how you been. We didn't really talk music.

"I went into the studio for her not too long ago to do some stuff, I don't know what's being kept or what-not. I noticed she's got a few things coming, she's got a new album in the works. She's doing a lot of stuff all at one time right now."

Rihanna's eighth studio album meanwhile is expected to land later this year.
