Nicki Minaj has revealed that her controversial Grammy Awards performance is just a sign of things to come.

Minaj was subject to criticism from the Catholic League after her performance, which evoked a number of religious symbols.

The singer is releasing her new album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' in April and it seems like her Grammy performance is just a little taster of what might come in the future. She told CBS:

"You know how people write plays and movies? That's what I did. I wrote that and I gave the world a tiny little preview of what was to come."
