Nicki Minaj confirms North American dates for 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' tour

'Super Bass' superstar Nicki Minaj delighted her stateside 'Barbz' this afternoon by confirming details of an exciting North American tour.

The rapper is set to head out on the road in support of her new album, 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded', later this summer and will kick off the string of U.S. shows with a performance at the Chicago Theatre on July 16.

The 14-date jaunt will take her all over the USA from Ohio to Arizona, and will end with a show in Canada on August 12. When asked by a fan on Twitter if she has plans to bring the tour to Europe, Minaj simply responded by writing "yep!".

Tweeting about the forthcoming run of dates this afternoon (May 1), Minaj explained that certain locations haven't been included because she will be doing radio shows in certain states and can't add more concerts to "double up":

"When I 1st started this shit there were a few cities/states I'd play ALL the time. Always showed luv. Rlly wanted to get u guys for summer. So just KNOW that I haven't forgotten!!! Routing & Venue Size play a big part barbz. I also can't double up in the cities where I'm doing radio shows. K?"
