Nicki Minaj has admitted that she disapproves of the ongoing feud between Chris Brown and Drake.

The ‘Starships’ singer, who has previously collaborated with both of the US urban stars, told Radio 1’s Tim Westwood that she doesn’t like the idea of the pair wasting their talent and energy in incidents like their alleged nightclub brawl earlier this month:

“I don't approve of talented people doing things that aren't conducive to an amazing career.”

The 29-year-old, who herself was accused of a physical altercation with her maid last year, went on to reveal that she has already discussed the matter with one of the parties involved:

“I spoke to Drake, and I told him from the bottom of my heart how I felt. I'm like, 'Baby, you are a superstar, and I need you to realise that.'

"He did nothing wrong, of course. Rumours are rumours, and that's what it is. Sometimes, you just need to go to bed. Go to the hotel and have an early nap. There's nothing wrong with that."
