'Pound The Alarm' superstar Nicki Minaj has revealed that her three-part reality series will show who she really is and that she hasn't been putting on an act.

'Nicki Minaj: My Truth' is set to air on E! this coming weekend, and the hitmaker told USA Today that is's a genuine portrayal of who she is both on and off camera:

"I guess what will most surprise a lot of people who may not be die-hard fans who haven't known me for a long time is the honesty. I'm not trying to have a façade. I'm showing exactly what goes on in my life. I think people will be surprised at seeing that."

She added that at first it was difficult to go about her day with a crew filming her every move because she's a very "private person": "I'm such a private person, it was a bit hard. When I'm around my circle I just kind of loosen up. You'll see by the first episode that I didn't care that the cameras were on.”
