Nicola Roberts will give Girls Aloud a private listening party

Nicola Roberts, member of Girls Aloud and now solo artist, will give her fellow band mates a private listening party for her debut album, 'Cinderella's Eyes'.

She is currently teasing fans with exclusive previews of her forthcoming and first solo single, 'Beat Of My Drum', but will treat the rest of Girls Aloud to a special preview. Kimberley Walsh wrote about the event in her column that is published in the UK's OK! magazine:

"Nicola... is about to launch her first solo single, Beat of My Drum, followed by her album. She wants to play it to us girls first, so all of us are coming around to my house for a listen."

Walsh also revealed that it will probably be an emotional occassion and added:

"I know that the lyrics on one of the songs on the album refer to how hard her early days in Girls Aloud were and that will be painful to hear. She was our little sister, we tried to protect her so it'll be hard to hear how hurt she was. I'm sure there will be a few tears - but this is her moment of triumph, proof that it was all worthwhile. She's inspirational."
